Child advocacy
The Delaney Law Firm is a relentless advocate for children in the court system.
We are Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for children under the age of 12, and we represent children 12 and older in our role as Counsel for Youth (CFY).
In the context of dependency and neglect matters in District Court, we work closely social workers and other professionals to identify and provide the best possible services and supports for our clients. Every child is unique and our deep collective experience allows us to leverage the most appropriate treatment modalities.
We spend time getting to know our clients and gaining a deeper understanding of their lives and needs. Armed with that understanding, we pursue justice for our clients by thoroughly investigating their cases, raising novel legal arguments, and using creative tools of persuasion to succeed at trial.
Through zealous, innovative, and compassionate advocacy, our clients get the representation they need and the justice they deserve.
